Cyber detective OSINT tools collection updates - Issue #11

But to be honest, I didn't want to believe it could happen. Despite all the factual evidence for the predictions.
The fact is that I have lived in Moscow since birth, but my father and all my paternal relatives are Ukrainians (mostly from Kharkov). And sometimes it can be very difficult to look from the outside at a situation that very much affects people you know well.

In late February and the first weeks of March, my tweets focused mainly on online services and community initiatives to support civilians in Ukraine.
But gradually my account has reverted to its previous format and has been publishing #osint tools regularly over the months.

The last update was released on 14 September 2022. There are now more than 1,000 instruments in the collection, divided into 131 sections.
I have decided to continue doing this newsletter, but it will no longer include lists of fresh tools.
Sorry, I remember you subscribed specifically to the tool lists and would not be offended if you unsubscribe.
Lists of changes to the collection can be found in the repository commits on Github. For example:
And in this newsletter, I'm just going to give you a quick summary of what I think are my most interesting and important tweets and articles from the last few weeks. What I'd like my followers to pay more attention to.

Firstly, I would like to remind you that my #osint toolkit for different countries around the world continues to grow. There are already 635 links!

Also I now have a repository with code examples for automating various OSINT tasks using Python libraries.

In addition, I now have a blog on Medium where I have already published several articles. I especially recommend reading the article about using regular expressions in OSINT.
That's all for today. Thank you very much for subscribing to my newsletter and reading this article to the end!
You will receive the next newsletter in 2-4 weeks. But if you want to receive news about OSINT more often, you can subscribe to my social networks:
