Firstly, I want to apologise to you for not getting my newsletter out for so long. I couldn't bring myself to write a newsletter (and I haven't updated the collection itself in six months) because of the terrible associations associated with it.The thing is, the last issue (and the collection update) was scheduled to come out on 15 February 2022, but I procrastinated until the night of 24 February 2022. I couldn't finish it, as the news related to the Russian-Ukrainian conflict came as a complete shock to me. Yes, even before the war started (in early 2022 and the second half of 2021) the OSINT community published a huge amount of research proving the Russian government's thorough preparations for an invasion of Ukraine (in particular the huge amount of satellite images of military equipment approaching the borders). And very many researchers I know have very accurately predicted the events of the last 9 months.
